I use unique Australian techniques to help you: Release tension; relieve pain; and rebalance your body.
What is Bowen Therapy?
Bowen is a soft tissue release therapy founded in Australia. It applies a series of very gentle, rolling moves over specific areas of the body. The moves are tailored to stimulate the tissue and nerve pathways, sending sensory information to the brain. The therapy aids in increasing freedom of movement; reducing pain and swelling; and it brings the entire body out of a stressed state and into a more balanced and relaxed state of being. The treatment takes into account the whole person and helps stimulate each patient’s innate ability to heal themselves.
The beauty of Bowen Therapy is that it is so gentle that it can be used on anyone from babies through to the elderly. Although the technique feels subtle, don’t be fooled, as the results can be profound and powerful!

How about The Emmett Technique?
I love practicing The EMMETT Technique and I’m delighted to be able to share with you this unique form of body relaxation therapy!
Again, originating from the land down under, it involves the application of light finger pressure at specific points.
Working in this way I may thereby help relieve feelings of tension and release restrictions. Often the results of an Emmett procedure are experienced instantaneously, giving you a greater feeling of comfort.
